Established in 2011, Vila Fabris is the result of the vision and passion of Melita and Nikša Kalajžić, a married couple. Their dedication to the well-being of elderly individuals led to the creation of this special place we now call home.
Our professional staff is carefully selected and lovingly cares for our residents as if they were members of their own family.
One of the greatest advantages of Vila Fabris is its proximity to the center of Istria, not far from Tinjan and Pazin.
Here, the beauty of nature and the comfort of a modern home come together. Our villa is surrounded by stunning natural landscapes, providing fresh air and a peaceful environment that promotes relaxation and a sense of well-being. Regular walks with our residents allow them to enjoy the beautiful scenery and maintain their vitality.
Additionally, outdoor socializing is an integral part of our daily life, as we believe that community and mutual support build the foundation for a happy and fulfilling old age.

Currently, our home is inhabited by 20 residents, making it a warm and connected place. Friendships are formed, memories are shared, and support is provided at all times.

Health, nutrition, and activities are tailored to each individual, taking into account their unique needs and desires.
